Short story....Joe Dono aka SCP_Celica...has some $16,000 worth of work done to his Celica...actually his mothers Celica (mother was under the impression that car was getting some simple paint work done). Apparently Joe Dono has no financial means of paying for this work...plus he has a long and rich history of scamming. The car gets completed (6 months of work) and our friend Joe attempts to sneak over and 'steal' his car without paying for work done. That does not happen. Anyway..Joe Dono could very easily surpass all previous internet classics..............read on when you have some time...very long.
